Public can seek information from Public Information Officer (PIO) and 1st Appellate Authority in writing and on payment of requisite fee during office hours on working days as per procedure laid down in the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Section 4(1)(b)(vii) The particulars of any arrangement that exist for consultations with, or representation by, the members of the public in relations to he formulation of its policy or implementation thereofPublic members are nominated on various bodies of University i.e. Board of Studies & Research, Faculty of the University, The Academic Council, The Executive Council and the Court etc.

Section 4(1)(b)(ix) A directory of its officers and its employees

Section 4(1)(b)(xv) The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtainning information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.
