About the Department of Mass Communication
Welcome to Department of Mass Communication
The Department of Mass Communication is a distinguished and leading department at the esteemed Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology,Hisar. Currently, the department comprises four Professors and one Associate Professor, two Assistant Professors, all of whom possess extensive teaching experience in communication and media studies. Its alumni have made significant impacts in national news media and have secured prestigious positions in universities, as well as in public relations and advertising roles across both government and private sectors. The department is supported by an excellent staff and features a production studio equipped with facilities for news reading and advance editing. Additionally, it offers programs such as Ph.D.,M.A. in Mass Communication and five year integrated B.A Mass Communication (Hons/hons with Research) M.A Mass Communication has made substantial progress in Communication and Media Research.
